Refund & Dispute Policy

At Marenost, we are committed to clear communication, transparent billing practices, and timely resolution of any customer concerns. By confirming an event booking or submitting payment, clients agree to the following refund and dispute terms.

Deposits & Advance Payments

A 25% non-refundable advance payment is required no later than 7 days prior to the initial event date in order to confirm and secure staffing, rentals, ingredients, and other event provisions.

This advance payment reserves your event date and covers planning and procurement costs already incurred. As such, the advance is non-refundable once paid.


Cancellation Policy

Because catering services involve advance purchasing, staffing commitments, and production scheduling, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable advance payment.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total event invoice.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event will be charged in full.

Any refunds approved by Marenost will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Billing & Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

Stripe
Major credit and debit cards
ACH transfers
Zelle
Checks

Invoices must be paid according to the terms outlined in the client estimate or invoice documentation.


Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there is an error with your invoice or charge, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.

Service Issues

If there is an issue with services provided during your event, clients must notify Marenost within 72 hours of the event date so we may review and address the matter appropriately.

Refunds or credits related to service concerns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
